ESI’s range of downstream equipment does not stop when the extrudate has been cut or fabricated to length. ESI also supplies an extensive range of material handling and end of line packing systems. These systems range from simple drop tables to servo driven palletizing systems for composite lumber and automatic cap insertion and bagging systems for tubes. Much of this type of equipment is designed to the specifics of the end package and the photos shown on this page are intended to give you some examples of the types of machinery ESI has designed and built. ESI offers end of line material handling and packaging solutions including palletizing, pick and place, bagging, dump and drop tables and conveyorized systems. Custom end of line material handling equipment can also be provided and all systems can be stand alone or can include line control integration.
