ESI manufactures a very wide range of coilers, accumulators, let-offs and panners. In addition to our wide range of standard coiling equipment ESI has extensive experience in providing custom coiling and web handling systems for a wide variety of industries. Coilers are available in single or dual station designs and can be supplied in automatic cut-and-transfer configurations, some incorporating automatic banding and coil ejection. ESI supplies sheet windup systems with web guiding and optional slitting and edge trim. Paper or plastic liners can also be applied to the sheets and anti-static bars can be mounted. Very tight control of product tension can be provided. Coiling systems can be supplied with servo motion control systems and recipe functions for storing of specific product parameters. Due to the high degree of automation on ESI cut-and-transfer systems with banding and part ejection, machine payback due to labor saving can be extremely quick. Accumulators and let-offs or coilers can be supplied as a system with co-coordinated controls. Very heavy-duty let-offs and accumulators can be supplied for metal reinforcement often used on automotive profiles and hoses.
ESI offers coiling and panning equipment for hose, sheet and tubing. In addition, we offer a wide variety of accumulation and let-off equipment. Coiling models with servo controlled level wind offer increased control of traverse speed for superior coil quality.
