In addition to individual machines ESI frequently supplies complete turnkey lines. Because we have a broader range than any other downstream manufacturer we are uniquely qualified to supply a complete system from the extruder to end of line packaging, often including on-line fabrication. We can setup the line in our facility in Akron or travel to the customer’s site to provide startup assistance and training. Our design & process expertise allows us to combine our standard machines with custom designed machines in an integrated package, complete with integrated line control. ESI has supplied numerous turnkey lines for plastic, rubber and composite products to extrude profiles, hose, tubing and sheet. We realize that if you are coming to us for a turnkey line you are depending on us to make the process as simple as possible. Often the customer is new to the industry, wants to make a product they have not previously produced or does not have the time to manage the project and co-ordinate different vendors. ESI can take on as much of the project management and co-ordination as you would like, leaving you free to take care of other matters often associated with a startup or new product launch.
