ESI offers a wide variety of cleated and smooth belt pullers designed to provide smooth, consistent speed control and long-term reliability, a key ingredient to successful extrusion sizing and repeatability. Numerous belt and cleat materials, contact lengths and sizes are available providing the ability to minimize product marking and distortion. ESI pullers are available in numerous operating speed ranges and feature drive packages with speed regulation as low as +/- 0.01% of motor speed. ESI's wide range of puller designs provide the ability to perfectly match the puller capabilities to the pull force, speed regulation and belt considerations of this critical portion of your extrusion process.
